PUNCHY BLONDE RETURN POLICY

 
Thank you for your purchase with Punchy Blonde! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange only. If the new item costs less than the original, you will be issued the difference as store credit. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. As a small business I DO NOT offer 100% full refunds unless the item is damaged (shipping charges do not apply). Exchanging for a different size or item will require a reship fee, located on my website. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be approved before you ship your order back to us. If the return was not approved, we will ship your order back to you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 

To Be Eligible For Return:

  • All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of being received. No exceptions.
  • Returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received. ( unworn, unwashed, original tags attached )
  • Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips, broken rhinestones, excessive amounts of hair or fur, or any signs of damage. The item(s) will be returned at the customers expensive.
How To Start My Return :
To start your return or exchange, please follow the link below. You will need the email address and order number associated with your order.

If you are shipping back items with rhinestones or fringe, please make sure these items are wrapped very well so the rhinestones do not snag the fabric or break during transit. I will not accept these returns. If you are returning shoes, please be sure to not ship them back without the original shoe box they were shipped in. I also ask that the original shoe box is not used as packaging to ship them back in. Please package your shoe box in a mailer or another box. I will not accept returns that do not follow these steps. Package your item(s) securely in a mailing envelope, self adhesive postal bag, or a box. We are not responsible for items mailed to the wrong address. Please know we are also not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once we have successfully dropped your package off with UPS or USPS. You will need to contact your local post office. 

     Exchange Process :

Please include the size and style you’d like in your return submission. Once we receive your return request, we’ll send an exchange invoice to reserve your item and prepare it for reshipment. If the size or item you requested is unavailable, store credit will be issued once we receive your return. All exchanges are shipped after your return has been received and inspected. If you’d prefer to repurchase your desired item right away (rather than waiting for the exchange process) your original return will be processed as store credit once received.

Please Note : We do not offer refunds on returned items. All returns in the form of store credit or exchange must be postmarked 14 days of being delivered, not 14 days from your return being submitted or approved. We suggest shipping your return back with your local post office. Please make sure to keep your tracking receipt or send it to us if for any reason your package ends up lost, stolen, or has postage due. No exceptions to this policy can be made, so we kindly ask that customers review our return policy before purchasing.

 

Damaged Item(s) or Incorrect Order(s) Received : 

For any damaged or incorrect items, please follow the link above as soon as possible so that we can fix it. I recommend reporting these issues within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) in your submission.

These Items Can NOT Be Returned :

(The following items can NOT be returned or exchanged)
Capes, wild rags, bikinis, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, all sale items, shirts that have been requested to be cropped, tips given at checkout, or any other item marked as final sale.
These items can not be returned and are FINAL.

Order Cancellation :

Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed. We work very hard to get orders out as soon as they are placed. If you no longer need an item you ordered, you are welcome to switch the item(s) you ordered or we will issue store credit for this order. You will need to email shoppunchyblonde@gmail.com with your order number to discuss your order change. Please note we will only do this for orders that have NOT been packaged or shipped out already.
