Returns and exchanges

To start your return, enter your order number and email address or phone number

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.
  • Please make sure your item(s) are zipped up and folded the way they were received.
  • If you are exchanging an item, please let us know the size and product name you would like to exchange for so we can set the item(s) aside for you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Yout order must be approved in order to return. If we did not receive a request, your order will be sent back to you.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of being delivered.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • Shoes must be in the original box

Sale items, jewelry, hair clips, and shirts requested to be cropped are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for reship fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • We suggest you take your return to your local post office. Please provide a tracking number for your return.

 

How soon will I recieve store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will recieve your store credit via email.
